I wonder why do I always extend my speed if I download stuff from Blizzard servers. Everytime I install patch or PTR download speed is 13-15 MB/s but it's capped around 11-12MB/s elsewhere. I have 100/100 internet and shouldn't theoretical download speed be 12,5MB/s? Is it possible to increase speed limit while downloading from other servers
