Getting random notifications from download manager on android

Hi, I have a problem with the same notifications reappearing after Notifications causing the problem are generated by the Download Manager and concern some mp3s that I Install an Android home screen, such as Launcher Pro 2, from it seems like an easy way to get rid of those stuck notifications.
